Biography
Raiza Chiang is the PM and Agile Leader for the first Blockchain implementation project for IBM’s Public Sector. She leads agile teams of architects, developers, data scientist, and designers to create innovative solutions.
Her specialties include: Strategic communications, visualization, data science, program management, SCRUM master certified, ICAgile Certified Practitioner, Information Science, IT solution design, Data Analytics, Business Transformation, and Product Configuration Management.
Raiza conducts IBM Design Thinking sessions with executive clients across the federal government to create the best solutions for their organization.She successfully helps provide clients with a quick win solution that has them achieving outcomes faster than they ever thought possible. Raiza leads cross-collaboration across the team and organizations that she has been established as a go-to person in the product domains in which she has worked.
Raiza provided federal clients training on Data Science and Visualization of storytelling with Data. She has been serving in the Federal Intelligence Community for over 10 years. She successfully led the first Advanced Analytics initiative at Department of Justice focused on forecasting under burning contracts, machine learning and building automated systems. Her dedication, positive attitude, and hard work, from the Design Thinking session to validating many iterations of the data, delivering quick win results and presenting them on an insightful dashboard, played an integral role to making success happen. She has a proven track record of understanding client business challenges and defining an appropriate analytics approach to solve the problem. She has been ever-willing to work with members of our organization to share her knowledge and expertise, most notably as a presenter for presentations and as well as training our clients from data science knowledge of information to how to use advanced analytical tools and technology.
