Kevin Harris

Kevin Harris is a Founding Partner at the INVIA Group, a boutique public relations and crisis management firm based in Baltimore Maryland.  Harris established and manages the firms political and public affairs division, where he advises various political campaigns, corporations, law firms, small businesses, municipalities and non-profits looking to influence and advance public policy as well as navigate crisis situations.  Before the INVIA Group, Harris worked on more than 25 political campaigns for federal, state and local office and advised members of congress, mayors and cabinet officials on communications and public engagement strategies.

Harris held various roles throughout the campaigns and Administration of President Barack Obama, helping to secure multiple primary and caucus victories throughout the 2008 campaign and ultimately serving as a Presidential Appointee at the White House Office of Legislative Affairs, Peace Corps, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative under Ambassador Ron Kirk and with First Lady Michelle Obama to advance girls education through the Let Girls Learn Initiative.
