Victoria Mottesheard is Regional Marketing Director for OUTFRONT overseeing marketing initiatives in DC and across the Northeast including top markets Philadelphia and Boston. At OUTFRONT, Victoria is closely involved in client strategy reaching businesses and consumers in the greater DC area. Beyond campaigns, Victoria works on development of digital marketing in the out of home industry and beyond.
Victoria has over 13 years of experience in the advertising industry building transit partnerships and client relationships across DC and the northeast.
Victoria is a founder of OUTFRONT’s first employee resource group focused on the support and development of women across the company. She is active in both the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and American Marketing Association (AMA), and participates as a mentor to young professionals through AMA and has spoken on AAF Ad Week panels and Arlington Economic Development panels. She leads company community outreach initiatives giving back to local organizations such as Washington School of Girls, National Center For Children and Families, DC Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Through her OUTFRONT Media internship program, Victoria mentors future leaders from local universities; George Washington University, University of Maryland, and Georgetown University.
Victoria attended University of North Carolina, Wilmington where she majored in Communications and Film. She currently lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband Ryan and her two young daughters.
