For over 16 years, Susan has been knee deep in marketing intelligence strategies, with analytic experience in the Digital, Health, and Technology sectors managing CRM-focused marketing campaigns. She is an expert in analytical storytelling and designing measurement frameworks and strategies. Her database and measurement skills demonstrate deep data competence and passion to extract insights out of data, evident at Wunderman the last 9 years.
Prior to joining the agency, Susan worked at the AOL headquarters in VA, involved in campaign tracking and reporting. She then moved to the AOL London office for 6 years as a marketing manager in the customer insights division. There she was responsible for implementing Omniture Web analytics tools and designing Business Objects reporting suites. She led in-depth analytical reporting for all Acquisition and loyalty programs and developed the first customer value management model, implemented across the UK, France, and Germany.
Susan has two B.Sc. degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems from George Mason. She has traveled extensively and has been able to apply her global knowledge throughout her career. When she is not working, Susan loves yoga, running and running after her daughters Sadie and Stella.
