Jonathan Strohl is an applied researcher in the fields of user experience and consumer behavior. He has over five years of professional experience leading research studies that focus on the design and evaluation of products, services, and communications. His work often involves the use of eye tracking to provide an additional level of insight into the cognitive processes underlying consumers’ interactions with products and media. Jonathan has led research projects across the government and commercial sectors – from Federal agencies to social media companies. Regardless of the project or type of engagement, he aims to provide actionable research insights that improve organizational decision making. He regularly presents at international and local user experience and human factors conferences.
Jonathan received his Master’s in Human Factors and Applied Cognitive Psychology from George Mason University, and a BA in psychology from the University of Dayton.
