Jessie Spielvogel is the Digital Media Manager for the United Nations Foundation. She currently oversees the UN Foundation social media channels and runs the Digital Collective network for the Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to joining the UN Foundation, Jessie worked with Hill + Knowlton Strategies in New York and for Discovery Communications in Silver Spring, MD. Jessie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Texas State University and a minor in Spanish. She has a passion for ocean conservation, she speaks Spanish, and is currently learning Arabic at the Kaplan International School in DC.

What’s one prediction you have for our industry that will come true in 5 years?
I think we’ll see more private sector partnerships to reach new audiences and mutually benefit one another. We’re seeing more and more that being collaborative vs competitive is beneficial to marketing efforts and bringing fresh attention to issue areas on a global scale.
