Born and raised in Virginia, Adrian has been a creative thinker from an early age. He is a dynamic individual and deep thinker blessed with the gift of gab and a unique artistic perspective. He is a lover of life, music, and visual arts. Adrian utilizes his cultural experience, specialized creative capabilities, and Google to ideate innovative solutions that solve brand problems for companies that market to very special people.
Adrian started his professional creative career as an Art Director at Wieden + Kennedy, NY. Where he created Award-winning creative for Brand Jordan, Nike, and ESPN, to name a few. Over the years, Adrian has worked on various brands including IBM, Coke, Adidas, Converse, Powerade, X-Box, Greyhound, and for numerous other clients and new business pitches. Adrian has worked as a permanent staff member and as a freelancer for multiple agencies across the US and Canada. Some significant stops on the path to creative enlightenment include BSSP, Ammirati, Ogilvy, Sid Lee, McCann SF, Anomaly, and many more.
Currently, Adrian is the VP Creative Director of BET Networks in it’s Brand Creative Department. His responsibilities include overseeing the Creative Development of all Marketing Creative of BET Networks, the nation’s leading provider of quality entertainment, music, news, and public affairs television programming for the African-American audience. BET reaches more than 90 million households and is seen in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, France, South Korea, and sub-Saharan Africa.
