Jesse Contario is an Account Executive in Rocket Fuel’s Politics and Advocacy Practice. Contario works closely with political consultants, advocacy campaign leaders and candidates for office to help them leverage best in class technology to reach target voters, donors and advocates with digital media.
Prior to joining Rocket Fuel Contario served as a senior member of the political and public affairs team at Resonate, a data and analytics firm. There, Contario was primary responsible for managing measurement and research solutions that leveraged audience insights and in-depth metrics to understand the impact of digital media campaigns, as well as designing media campaigns that addressed client’s’ campaign goals. Jesse frequently spoke on panels at industry events and contributed pieces to industry publications on the importance of digital media, the role of digital media in campaign politics, and best practices in measuring the impact of digital. Prior to Resonate Jesse worked in political consulting as a pollster, conducting primary research including focus groups and surveys for candidates for offices ranging from United State Senate to city council, as well as trade associations, corporations, and issue advocacy groups.

Fewer platforms that can do more – advertisers want more functionality from fewer sources so that they can do more with a single technology and lose less in translation throughout various points.
What’s one prediction you have for our industry that will come true in 5 years?
Television buying will become very similar to digital buying – audience first programmatic buying with the biggest players (ie Google, Verizon) positioned to gain the most with these advances.
