Cannes Lions: A Conversation & Silver Medal Award Presentation

The DC Ad Club is pleased to present creative insights from U.S. thought leaders who participated with Cannes Lions this year. Hear from three jury members about the judging process for both the annual global Festival, as well as the U.S. Young Lions competitions. Panelists will share their experiences, some of their favorite examples, as well as trends they saw in the work that are reflective of the broader industry.

The DC Ad Club will present the 2014 Silver Medal Award at this event. In collaboration with the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the DC Ad Club honors one person annually who has made outstanding contributions to advertising and has been active in furthering the industry’s standards, creative excellence, and responsibility in areas of social concern. The 2014 recipient is Alan Weitzman, Founder and Executive Creative Director, Weitzman.
